USDJPY H4/Daily Bearish Head & Shoulders

 

This monthly flat triangle is breaking bearish. Actually price retested broken trend line and is in its way to make a new lower low in the monthly time frame. Este triangulo plano esta rompiendo a la baja. Actualmente el precio esta camino a hacer un mínimo menor en la franja mensual. What is very interesting and make a very nice opportunity to enter short now, is that price is unfolding a bearish head and shoulder, remarked in the green square and showed in the chart below. Lo que es muy interesante y representa una oportunidad para entrar cortos ahora, es que el precio esta desenvolviendo un Head and Shoulders bajista, enmarcado en el recuadro verde y el cual se muestra en la grafica de abajo.

This pair is now at a critical moment for trend reversal.

We`ll wait for break and retest of the neckline to go long. Note that price entered 38.2 fibfan channel. That should lead price to 61.8 level.

Esperare un break and retest del neckline para comprar. Notar que el precio ha entrado en el canal Fibfan 38.2. Eso debe llevar el precio al nivel de 61.8.

As i was expecting last week, price unfolded 5 bearish impulsive waves and broke the trend line bullish.

Tal y como lo estaba esperando la semana pasada, el precio ha desenvuelto 5 ondas impulsivas bajistas y rompió al alza.

The break of the 1hour bearish trend line was unfolded thru 5 bullish impulsive waves and a ABC bearish corrective type wave, which is almost retesting the broken Trend line.

El rompimiento de la línea de tendencia en la franja de 1 hora, se desenvolvió a través de 5 ondas alcistas impulsivas y un patrón correctivo bajista del tipo ABC, que prácticamente esta haciendo un retest de la línea de tendencia rota previamente.

The corrective move after the 5 bullish impulsive waves, is unfolding a Butterfly Harmonic Patter, which have 3 possibilities for point D as can be seen in the chart.

El movimiento correctivo posterior a las 5 ondas impulsivas alcistas, esta desenvolviendo un Patrón Armónico Butterfly, el cual tiene 3 posibilidades para su punto D, tal y como se puede ver en la gráfica.

USDCAD, possible Bearish Head & Shoulders

Seems to be that the Bullish Flat Triangle have failed. This scenario is favored by the possible Head & Shoulder showed in the chart below. For being conservative, i should expect the target for the H&S @ 1.1459, which will switch the triangle in a rectangle.  Aparentemente el triangulo plano alcista ha fallado. Este escenario se ve favorecido por un posible Head and Shoulders mostrado en la grafica de abajo. Para ser conservador, yo esperaría que el objetivo del Head and Shoulders este en 1.1459, que convertiría el triangulo en un rectángulo.
